Method: 1. Using a saucepan, begin to reduce the wine on a medium heat until the wine is reduced by ¼. Add the brown sugar and the plums and simmer this mixture for about 10-15 minutes. Add the orange zest and the cinnamon and season to taste. Serve warm over the pork tenderloin. |
