½ lb. Chorizo cooked and drained 3-4 cloves Garlic, minced
1/cup Monterry Jack, shredded 1-2 jalepenos, minced
½ cup cream cheese, softened 1 T. New Mexican Chile Powder
½ cup crumbled Cotija Cheese 1 tsp. Mexican Oregano
½ cup Onion, chopped 1 tsp. Cumin seed, toasted
¼ cup roasted and diced Green Chile 2 T. Scallions, chopped
2 T. Cilantro, chopped
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 350degree
- Combine all ingredients using a Kitchen-Aid Mixer.
- Spread evenly into an 8” X 12” pan and bake at 350 degree until cheese bubbles.
- Serve HOT along with your favorite tortillas chips.
