Ingredients
3# pork loin Spicy Plum sauce
1 ½ cups plum sauce 1 cup hoisen
2 cups red wine ½ cup rice wine vinegar
½ Bunch cilantro-chopped 1 tsp. brown sugar
1 TBS. + 1 tsp. minced ginger 2 tbs. chili sambal
2 tsp. fried garlic
4 each spring onions sliced thin
2 tsp. chili sambal
Method

Combine the above for the pork loin and mix. Pour over the pork loin. Marinate the pork overnight in the refrigerator. Grill when Ready
- Combine the ingredients and the spicy plum sauce together.
