INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. 36-40 Shrimp; peeled, deveined and cooked
1 Large Lavosh Cracker
1 lb. Asparagus; tips only, reserve remaining for vegetables
2 tsp. Chives; rough chopped
½ Pint Grape Tomatoes; halved
1 lb. Smoked Gouda Cheese; shredded
1 Habenero; minced
2 Serranos; minced
1 Clove of Garlic; minced
2 Each Avocadoes; sliced thin
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 450º.
- To assemble the lavosh, start by placing the minced garlic and chilies down on the bread first, then add the shrimp, and cheese and then the remaining ingredients, except the avocadoes. Place the lavosh in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and then top the lavosh with the avocado slices and serve.
