| Roasted White Fish with Roma Tomato, Garlic and Fresh Herb Relish |
INGREDIENTS: 4-6 Each 6 oz. Cuts of White fish Fillet
DIRECTIONS: Brush the fish with the 2 Tbs. of Olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the fish on a silpat lined sheet tray and place into a preheated 425º oven for 5 minutes per inch of thickness. Combine the remaining ingredients together in a non reactive stainless steel bowl and allow to rest for about 10 minutes. Serve over the fish when the fish is done.
