Grilled Fish with Soy-Orange Glaze

INGREDIENTS:

4-6 Each
6 oz. Cuts of Fish Fillets
½ Cup Orange juice; fresh squeezed
1 Cup Soy Sauce
9 oz. Fine Sugar Zest of One Orange

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Grill the fish fillets until done to desired taste.
  2. Combine the orange juice, soy sauce and sugar together and simmer over medium heat until the sauce begins to thicken enough to drip off a spoon in thin steady line.
Brush the fish with the glaze and garnish with fresh chives and maybe some pickled ginger or pickled onions.
