Basil Aioli

INGREDIENTS:

2 Tbs. Fresh Basil; chopped
2 Large Egg Yolks
2 Tbs. Lemon Juice
¼ tsp. Salt
1 Cup Salad Oil
White Pepper to taste
2 Cloves of Garlic; minced

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all the ingredients; except the oil, in a blender and blend until smooth. Now slowly add the oil in a steady stream until it forms an emulsification. Season to taste and serve.
