Since its inception THE CLASSY GOURMET has had a unique focus on business in the Omaha community, offering such services as; Team Building, Corporate Events, Private Events, Holiday Parties, and Boutique Catering. We have expanded our services to make your holiday gift giving easier by offering holiday pies and cookie trays, appetizer trays, NEW, THE CLASSY GOURMET GIFT CARDS, and beautiful wine gift boxes and gift baskets.
Whether in your home, office, reception hall, or favorite outdoor venue, The Classy Gourmet can accommodate your event with style and culinary flair. Casual or formal, seated or buffet, cocktail parties, lunches, dinners......your perfect event begins with our creative, seasonal catering menus (see below) and our experienced event planners.
Our full service catering includes everything your party may require, including food, service, bar packages, equipment rentals, linens, and flowers.
ONSITE EVENTS AT THE CLASSY GOURMET CULINARY ARTS CENTER
Our most popular onsite catered events are described below, but we are happy to customize them according to your needs and budget. Please note that our onsite catered events do not include a cooking class or chef demonstration unless specifically arranged.
Cocktail Parties
Casual or Classic, Wine or Beer, as you like it! Perfect for your group of 20 – 50 guests. We’ll provide an array of stationary and passed hors d’ oeuvres that you select (see catering menus below) as well as the perfect ambiance for mingling and casual conversation. Our entire Culinary Center is open to your, and including the state-of-art demonstration kitchen, our wine bar and cookbook library and our exciting retail display area. Use our stereo system for your choice of background music, or book a live jazz band to enliven your event even more. Bar selections are made according to your preference.

Wine Dinner
We do all the work...while you watch, sip a favorite vintage, and let our chef and wine experts answer your questions. A sit-back and relax alternative to the usual dinner party or banquet. You may choose a 3, 4 or 5 course meal from one of our creative prix fixed menus (please inquire for current selections), or pick your courses individually from our extensive catering menus (see below).Your meal selection will help us to perfectly pair 2 white wines and 2 red wines according to your budget and preferences.

Wine Tasting
When you need to keep it simple, this is the option for your. Let us select a panel of interesting wines for your guests to sample and compare. We’ll provide a stationary hors d’ oeuvres(see below) and the expertise to answer questions regarding the wine styles and characteristics. Additional wine may be purchased by your guests following the event.

All wine purchased outside of The Classy Gourmet and brought to an event for service will require a $10/bottle corkage fee; up to $50. Our gourmet retail products are also available during a private event for leisurely browsing and purchases.
As we schedule private events around our cooking class schedule; please call us at least two weeks prior to your event to book our center.
All prices are subject to Nebraska State Sales Tax of 7% and an 18% gratuity.
